Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). You may optionally provide a company name and billing details when upgrading.
Audit Data
We collect the website URLs you submit for auditing, the crawled page data (HTML, meta tags, status codes, load times), and the findings and scores generated for each audit.
Usage Data
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and actions taken within Robust AI SEO. This helps us improve reliability and detect abuse.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or sensitive financial data on our servers. We only retain the last 4 digits and expiry for your reference.

To Improve Our Platform
Aggregated, anonymised audit data helps us identify common SEO patterns, train our ML ranking prediction model, and improve the accuracy of our audit checks.
To Communicate With You
We send transactional emails (audit completion, account alerts, payment receipts) and, with your consent, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To Prevent Fraud & Abuse
We analyse usage patterns to detect and block automated abuse, API scraping beyond plan limits, and fraudulent account activity.

Active Accounts
We retain your account data and audit history for as long as your account remains active.
Account Deletion
If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymised aggregate data (e.g., audit count statistics) may be retained for product analytics.
Audit Reports
Free plan audit reports are retained for 30 days. Paid plan reports are retained indefinitely. You can delete any report manually from your dashboard at any time.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. We enforce HTTPS on all endpoints.
Passwords
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a high work factor. We never store plain-text passwords.

Our application runs on cloud infrastructure with encrypted databases, automated backups, and access controls that follow the principle of least privilege.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
