What Robust AI SEO Provides
Robust AI SEO is an AI-powered SEO audit and intelligence platform. We crawl websites you provide, analyse them against 100+ SEO, performance, security, and content checks, and generate reports with AI-powered recommendations.
No Guarantee of Results
Audit results and recommendations are for informational and guidance purposes only. We cannot guarantee specific SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms are complex and outside our control.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or third-party outages may occasionally affect availability.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at hello@robustaiseo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to harm our platform or other users.
đAcceptable Use Policy
Permitted Use
You may use Robust AI SEO to audit websites that you own, have authority over, or have explicit permission from the owner to audit. This includes auditing your own sites, client sites (with their permission), and publicly accessible competitor sites for research purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Robust AI SEO to: audit websites without authorisation; scrape or systematically extract data beyond your plan limits; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or ML models.
Fair Use
All plans include fair use limits. We may throttle or suspend accounts exhibiting clearly abusive patterns, such as auditing thousands of URLs per hour or using bots to bypass plan limits.
đŗSubscriptions & Billing
Free Plan
Our Free plan is provided at no charge, as-is, with no service level guarantees. We may modify free plan features or limits at any time.
Paid Plans
Paid plans (Pro, Agency, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your card will be charged automatically on your renewal date each month.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@robustaiseo.com within 14 days of the charge.
Price Changes
We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Robust AI SEO Platform
All software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and branding within Robust AI SEO are owned by Robust Softech Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of the websites and content you submit for auditing. By using Robust AI SEO, you grant us a limited licence to crawl, analyse, and store your site's data solely for the purpose of generating your audit reports.
Audit Reports
Audit reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, and distribute. You may share reports with clients, developers, and your team.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Robust AI SEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that audit results will be accurate in all cases, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robust Softech's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Robust AI SEO is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before initiating any legal proceeding, please contact us at legal@robustaiseo.com to attempt a good-faith resolution.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
